Erwin Witte, Commercial Director MaxCredible: Being available, real time on line, on every location is crucial. MaxCredible software offers the flexibility to switch on quickly  between international or national offices and different functional departments. New departments and new subsidiary offices are quickly operational. MaxCredible customer credit management software makes this possible.

Simen Ypma, Manager BT Credit & Collections Benelux, France and Nordics, explains why: “We see MaxCredible as a very flexible partner. This accounts for their business concept as well as their service. They are a innovative player with an international focus, which is important for us being a global company. We also highly value the ease-of-use of their solution.

The new solution also provides easy back-up functionality for all different users for all regions. This is more efficient use of resources and gives a ready to act and helpful environment towards our customers during leave periods.

Dealing with multiple countries centrally requires availability of up–to-date data on every moment. In this way the proper decisions can be made to prioritize our day-to day actions and make long term planning”.

BT was looking for a new solution for their Credit management. Key factors for the decision were:
· Easy to use: simplify way of working
· Clear overviews on (pro-active) actions to take
· Stable environment for all regions involved
· Multiple reporting feature via Crystal reports
